Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šLead all corporate finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting šOversee both fiat and crypto treasuries, ensuring liquidity, security, and efficiency šBuild and maintain financial models that connect company performance with protocol economics šManage investor relations, fundraising, and board-level communications šCollaborate with product, legal, and protocol teams on tokenomics, incentives, and compliance šEstablish scalable systems for financial operations, audits, and internal controls šDevelop frameworks for risk management, custody, and yield strategies šSupport grants, contributor payments, and ecosystem funding programs šServe as a strategic partner to the founders on capital allocation and long-term growth
What Youāll Need
š10+ years in finance with experience leading or building at a high-growth startup šUnderstanding of both traditional finance systems and Web3 economics šStrong experience managing budgets, cash flow, and investment strategies šFamiliarity with crypto treasuries, stablecoins, and DeFi tooling šProven success with fundraising, investor communications, and financial modeling šStrong organizational skills and a clear, direct communication style
