Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead overall VIP & Institutional marketing planning and execution to solidify Binanceās brand visibility as a leader in digital assets for institutional clients and VIP users. šDevelop and execute high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches targeting institutional clients and VIP users, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, Legal, PR and etc. šDrive social media growth on X and LinkedIn, managing social strategies, maintaining a refined social calendar, and strengthening VIP community engagement. šOversee ideation and planning for offline event activations, supporting the development of product marketing materials, agenda creation, and liaising with key stakeholders for flagship events. šIntegrate lifecycle marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies into the broader VIP growth strategy to enhance client engagement and drive retention. šDevelop educational material and a library of sales enablement material, support PR strategy and requirements.
Requirements
š8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing in either the traditional finance and/or crypto industry. šProven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and high-impact marketing campaigns targeting institutional users. šStrong understanding of the digital asset space, including products and services tailored to institutional investors, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and manage relationships with senior stakeholders. šExperience with social media management and growth strategies, with a focus on driving engagement and building a community. šStrong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to leverage insights from campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and measure ROI.
