Job Summary
Responsibilities
šOriginate a portfolio of VIP clients (including both institutional clients and high net-worth individuals). šDeepen client relationships, understand their needs, identify and socialize requirements. šScope to identify and drive the enhancement and offering of the VIP team. šContribute to the refinement of customer service and team management processes. šRegional analysis and strategy formulation: Collaborate with local teams in order to better understand and identify potential opportunities in coverage markets.
Requirements
šAt least 5-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc šClient portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, or commercial banks, etc šCoordinating internally with cross-functional teams (e.g. compliance, operations, product) to address client requirements effectively. šStrong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure. šMonitoring regulatory changes impacting Turkish markets, and ensuring account activities align with compliance requirements.
