Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šConceptualize, film, and edit TikTok video content that is creative, engaging, and aligned with Bjakās brand. šStay up-to-date with TikTok trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and competitive. šCollaborate with the marketing team to plan content that supports key campaigns and initiatives. šCreate visually appealing and attention-grabbing videos that drive user engagement and brand awareness. šActively engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and monitoring performance metrics to improve content strategy. šAssist with brainstorming new ideas for creative content and campaigns.
Requirements
šProven experience creating video content on TikTok with a portfolio or TikTok account that demonstrates creativity, video production, and engagement. šStrong understanding of TikTok's platform, audience, and algorithm. šExperience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.). šAbility to work creatively and independently, while collaborating with the marketing team. šStrong attention to detail and an eye for trends and viral content. šApplicants must submit a TikTok video assessment as part of the application process. The video will be evaluated on creativity, engagement, and production quality. šStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. šFlexibility to attend in-office sessions as required for content shoots or brainstorming meetings.
