Job Summary
Requirements
📍Experience: 8–10 years in process automation, digital transformation, and consulting. 📍Leadership: Strong mix of leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic vision. 📍Client Engagement: Develop and present automation roadmaps, POCs, and ROI analyses. 📍Solution Design: Define scalable RPA architectures and ensure seamless IT integration. 📍Project Management: Oversee the entire RPA project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. 📍Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation. 📍Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. 📍Optimization: Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements. 📍Technical Skills: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification, proficiency in Python, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBA. 📍Cloud & API: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
