Responsibilities:

As the R&D Director for Advertising & Data Business, you will: 📍Define and lead the short-, medium-, and long-term technical roadmap for advertising and data solutions aligned with industry trends and company strategy. 📍Ensure technical strategy supports Vidaa’s long-term business and growth objectives. 📍Lead and manage global R&D teams focused on advertising and data, providing technical feasibility assessments and ensuring high-quality solution delivery. 📍Balance priorities across business iteration, innovation, and technical debt reduction to maximize impact. 📍Make sure resource allocation aligns with strategic goals and optimize efficiency. 📍Build and retain high-performing R&D teams with strong strategic thinking capabilities, foster effective cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration to drive synergy between business and technology.

Requirements:

📍Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 📍8+ years of experience in cloud computing R&D, with direct contributions to core cloud platform development and 5+ years of R&D team management experience, including project management, resource allocation, and end-to-end product development. 📍Deep knowledge of public cloud technologies and open-source ecosystems. 📍Experience in advertising technology or data-driven products. 📍Ability to bridge business and technology, interpreting the commercial value of technical solutions.
