Responsibilities:

📍Quality Assurance: 📍Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of blockchain applications. 📍Perform manual testing of blockchain applications. 📍Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them. 📍Technical Support: 📍Provide L2-L3 technical support to users and clients, addressing and resolving complex issues related to blockchain applications. 📍Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating issues to the development team when necessary. 📍Monitor system performance and health, ensuring the stability and reliability of blockchain applications. 📍Collaboration and Documentation: 📍Work closely with the development, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and updates. 📍Maintain comprehensive documentation. 📍Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience. 📍Continuous Improvement: 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology. 📍Continuously improve testing methodologies and support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 📍Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

📍Technical Skills: 📍Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Support Engineer, with a focus on blockchain technology. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain concepts and technologies, exp with TON is a big plus. 📍Proficiency in dev tools (like postman). 📍Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and SQL 📍Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
