Responsibilities:

📍Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with our company's goals. 📍Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the crypto and blockchain sectors. 📍Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote STON.fi DEX platform. 📍Identify and secure speaking opportunities, interviews, and media appearances for company executives. 📍Manage and grow our influencer marketing program, focusing on collaborations with respected voices in the crypto community. 📍Monitor industry news and trends to identify PR opportunities and potential risks. 📍Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. 📍Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to effectively manage potential reputational risks. 📍Track and analyze PR metrics to measure the impact of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. 📍Organize and conduct press conferences and media events, both virtual and in-person. 📍Manage the company's public image on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

📍Proven experience in PR, media relations, corporate communications, or similar roles. Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries is a plus. 📍Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, DeFi concepts, and the role of DEXs. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around complex technical topics. 📍Established network of media contacts and influencers in the crypto and finance sectors. 📍Experience in managing successful PR campaigns and securing high-quality media coverage. 📍Strong crisis management skills with the ability to think and act quickly under pressure. 📍Familiarity with regulatory considerations for communications in the crypto industry. 📍Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. 📍Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
