Job Summary
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
šA strong understanding of OTC derivative products, particularly forwards and options trading šProven experience in a client-facing salestrading role šDemonstrable track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, banks) šExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and address client-specific needs šA solid understanding of relevant market regulations and compliance requirements šA Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
šExisting network of institutional clients within the relevant market segments šProgramming experience, particularly focused on operational efficiencies and auditability šStrong background in macro trading and dominant themes in a variety of markets such as crypto, equities, fixed income, energy and fiat currencies
