Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šUnderstand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective šAssist leadership in managing strategic initiatives and develop plans as well as execution šManage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision šAbility to research complex information and to provide recommendations based on data and statistics šBe a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and effectively present to all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team šSupport and elevate the execution of People Team programs and operations including, but not limited to: onboarding, offboarding, ongoing engagement initiatives, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and audit šProvide employee support by responding to HR tickets in Jira with delight, adhering to SLAĆ¢ĀĀs šPartner and work collaboratively with People Team members and cross-functional teams both locally and globally to identify, escalate, and resolve key risks or to build out processes. (e.g. Payroll, Legal, People Business Partners, Total Rewards, etc.) šHelp contribute to and maintain Playbooks (document processes and workflows (e.g. employee terminations, internal transfers, etc.) and QA continuously while making enhancements šOrganize and maintain confidential filing systems for employee files šManage and spearhead project enhancement initiatives, encompassing project oversight, delineating project boundaries, and conveying progress reports to key stakeholders šSupport and elevate the execution of People Team programs and operations including, but not limited to: onboarding, offboarding, ongoing engagement initiatives, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and audit šProvide employee support by responding to HR tickets in Jira with delight, adhering to SLAĆ¢ĀĀs šPartner and work collaboratively with People Team members and cross-functional teams both locally and globally to identify, escalate, and resolve key risks or to build out processes. (e.g. Payroll, Legal, People Business Partners, Total Rewards, etc.) šPerform tasks in HR Systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, and other tools & systems (exposure)
Qualifications:
šCurrently enrolled in a MBA program and graduating by May/June of 2025 šStrong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking šProcess improvement mindset with the ability to review current state processes and determine a future state (look at a problem, identify gaps, design and implement solutions) šAbility to steer others through influence and teamwork signifying advanced interpersonal and relationship management skills šAbility to drive results in a dynamic environment šAbility to be a strong partner in a team-based environment šExceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
