Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Strategic Leadership: šŸ“Lead a team focused on elevating commercial and operational excellence across key areas such as Customer Service, Airport/Ground šŸ“Operations, Passenger Sales & Marketing, Cargo Operations, and Global Onboarding. šŸ“Conduct regular and ad-hoc Learning Needs Analysis in collaboration with business units to prioritize and align training initiatives with strategic business outcomes. šŸ“Learning and Development: šŸ“Oversee the procurement, design, and development of cost-effective and impactful learning programs, ensuring they meet business needs and achieve desired outcomes. šŸ“Ensure the effective delivery of learning interventions, including the scheduling of instructor-led training (both in-person and virtual), to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and optimize the learning experience for company staff. šŸ“Instructor and Trainer Management: šŸ“Recruit, develop, and manage a pool of in-house instructors and Associate Trainers (ATs), fostering a pipeline of subject matter experts to sustain a high standard of training delivery. šŸ“Innovation and Technology Integration: šŸ“Evaluate and integrate new learning tools and techniques, including digital and GenAI technologies, to enhance learning effectiveness, productivity, and engagement. šŸ“Regulatory Compliance and Engagement: šŸ“Engage with regulatory bodies (e.g., CAAS, IATA) to ensure all learning programs are compliant with local and international aviation regulations. šŸ“Training Roadmap Implementation: šŸ“Collaborate with business units to operationalize and maintain Training Roadmaps that support career development and succession planning within key job families. šŸ“Learning Culture Promotion: šŸ“Promote a vibrant learning culture within SIA by organizing and overseeing learning events, campaigns, and festivals (e.g., LIFE), ensuring continuous engagement and growth among staff.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in any discipline. šŸ“Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is required. šŸ“A Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or similar qualifications is advantageous.
