Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Identify and engage with key influencers within the Crypto, Web3, and FinTech space, both locally and globally. 📍Develop, plan, and execute influencer/KOL marketing campaigns across platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others. 📍Create and lead the creative strategy for branded content, including drafting clear and compelling creative briefs, and negotiating influencer/KOL deliverables and agreements. 📍Measure and analyze the impact of influencer/KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights on how to optimize performance across individual channels. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce branded content that aligns with key business objectives, including product launches and major marketing moments. 📍Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize for increased engagement and conversions. 📍Work closely with social media partners to position Coins.ph as an industry leader in the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 spaces.
Requirements
📍Proven ability to deliver results at a high level, regardless of the number of years in the field. 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. 📍A solid understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystems. A general awareness of DeFi versus CeFi is essential. 📍A proactive, self-driven approach to identify challenges, take ownership of solutions, and move quickly to execute. 📍Ability to make data-driven decisions. Track campaign performance, assess impact, and continuously optimize for better outcomes.
