Responsibilities:

📍Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and efficiency; 📍Launch new affiliate programs, expanding the affiliate network and reaching new partners; 📍Develop and operationalize campaigns/contests/initiatives to engage KOLs and drive incremental results; 📍Keep the KOLs community engaged and connected with Binance. Be the link and bridge between Binance and Community, leading Affiliates, understanding and translating needs, and desires; 📍Collaborate internally with the data team to monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics; 📍Deliver performance analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions; 📍Set up and implement operational strategies for effective affiliate management, aligning with overall business goals; 📍Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate program performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; 📍Organize and coordinate feedback from affiliates regarding campaigns and products, evaluate potential optimizations, and execute necessary changes; 📍Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the affiliate marketing space and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

📍Strong understanding of the Web3/crypto space; 📍Proven experience in affiliate marketing and operations; 📍Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions; 📍Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; 📍Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools; 📍Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel; 📍Spanish Native. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant plus (i.e. Portuguese).
