Job Summary
Responsibilities
šConfigure and manage firewalls. šMonitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. šInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications. šProvide clear and concise technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. šDiagnose and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner. šCollaborate with other IT professionals to deliver excellent customer service. šCommunicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures. šKeep documentation up-to-date to ensure accurate and efficient system management. šWork closely with other IT team members and departments to understand and address IT needs. šCollaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions. šCollaborate with different departments to fullfil compliance requirement as and when required
Requirements
š3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. šWorking with firewall and MacOS is mandatory šWorking with enterprise Antivirus is mandatory šWorking experience with G Suit and JumpCloud is a plus šWorking with Palo Alto firewall is a plus šProven track record in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. šExperience in collaborating with vendors and procuring hardware/software solutions. šITIL Foundation šExceptional Communication Skills
