Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Configure and manage firewalls. 📍Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. 📍Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications. 📍Provide clear and concise technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. 📍Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner. 📍Collaborate with other IT professionals to deliver excellent customer service. 📍Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures. 📍Keep documentation up-to-date to ensure accurate and efficient system management. 📍Work closely with other IT team members and departments to understand and address IT needs. 📍Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions. 📍Collaborate with different departments to fullfil compliance requirement as and when required
Requirements
📍3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. 📍Working with firewall and MacOS is mandatory 📍Working with enterprise Antivirus is mandatory 📍Working experience with G Suit and JumpCloud is a plus 📍Working with Palo Alto firewall is a plus 📍Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. 📍Experience in collaborating with vendors and procuring hardware/software solutions. 📍ITIL Foundation 📍Exceptional Communication Skills
