Key Areas of Responsibility:

📍Partner with business clients to review, analyze, draft, and negotiate customer and vendor commercial agreements (including leases) and other documents 📍Advise the business on legal matters in relation to NCR Atleos services, practices and operations, and any new products 📍Oversee corporate maintenance and recordkeeping 📍Liaise and manage external counsel where appropriate 📍Interpret and advise on payment network rules and related legislation 📍Lead compliance efforts and policy updates or implementation on regulatory matters 📍Work with others internally, such as compliance, marketing, product management, product development, pricing and finance, and accounting along with legal subject matter experts in-house and externally, to develop legal approaches and programs to support new business initiatives and handle commercial disputes 📍Develop, revise and implement standard template agreements for certain of NCR Atleos’ offerings 📍Provide internal training on relevant legal issues 📍Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NCR Atleos’ procedures, processes and policies 📍Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

📍2 - 4 years’ experience in commercial/transactional law, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience 📍Knowledge of commercial contract laws and practices 📍Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate at high levels 📍Strong writing skills and attention to detail 📍Ability to work under short deadlines and outside normal working hours with minimal advance notice and minimal supervision; self-sufficient and independent
