Job Summary
BitGo is looking for an HR - People Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our HR operational processes and systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in supporting employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
šProcess optimization and development for HR systems and programs šRaising the bar for HR services by utilizing systems effectively through reporting and giving managers and employees the support and tools. šDocument, review and improve existing processes using best practices šDay-to-Day Support for employee relations, reporting, onboarding and compliance šMaintaining and supporting transactional HR processes, including administration, payroll assistance, liaising with recruitment and owning benefits. šProvide proper reporting and application of policies, programs and systems. šEmployee relations for non-exempt employees šProvide the orientation for new hires. šImmigration related, and leave management šVendor Management for various HR needs
Requirements:
š1+ years of experience in HR/People Operations. šAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment šExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills šHaving a broad scope of responsibilities and at the same time being able to maintain a high service level of daily deliverables as HR Ops to managers and employees. šExperience working with an ATS and partnering with Recruiting teams šSelf-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly šExcellent communication with audiences across all levels of the company šTeam oriented; willing to occasionally step-in and take on responsibilities outside of immediate scope when needed
