Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

📍Assists in the preparation of employment contracts and all supporting documents; 📍Introduces data and updates timely human resource management systems; 📍Runs the strategic HR reports and regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be corrected; 📍Provides administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department and other departments in the company; 📍Assists, if necessary, the organization of corporate events and activities as well as other additional projects; 📍Supports the administrative function of the HR and the top management of the company; 📍Maintains and preserves the personal files of employees by being responsible for the timely distribution of all incoming documents and strictly organizes the entire archive of the company; 📍Prepares if necessary additional agreements to the employment contracts and is responsible for the whole process of changing the employment relationship between employees and the company; 📍Supports the process of termination of employees of the company by preparing termination orders and all supporting documents; 📍Professionally and accurately answers written and oral inquiries from managers and employees of the company on issues related to human resources, problems and changes in the status of employees; 📍Escalate complex cases to his/her direct manager and/or to the Human Resources Department; 📍Maintains a high degree of confidentiality for information that becomes known to him in the direct performance of his duties; 📍Performs other legal duties delegated by the line manager and assists him in his daily work; 📍Develops and offers innovative solutions for optimizing processes in the company; 📍Fulfils its obligations by applying all provisions under Bulgarian law.

Job Requirements:

📍Bachelor's degree or higher; 📍Experience in HR minimum 1 year; 📍Sound knowledge of the Bulgarian labor law, experience with HR systems; 📍Act with integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion and ability for respect the personal dignity, space and belongings of each employee; 📍English language – B2; excellent computer literacy; 📍Good Excel knowledge.
