Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šAssists in the preparation of employment contracts and all supporting documents; šIntroduces data and updates timely human resource management systems; šRuns the strategic HR reports and regular audits over HR data and reports issues to be corrected; šProvides administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department and other departments in the company; šAssists, if necessary, the organization of corporate events and activities as well as other additional projects; šSupports the administrative function of the HR and the top management of the company; šMaintains and preserves the personal files of employees by being responsible for the timely distribution of all incoming documents and strictly organizes the entire archive of the company; šPrepares if necessary additional agreements to the employment contracts and is responsible for the whole process of changing the employment relationship between employees and the company; šSupports the process of termination of employees of the company by preparing termination orders and all supporting documents; šProfessionally and accurately answers written and oral inquiries from managers and employees of the company on issues related to human resources, problems and changes in the status of employees; šEscalate complex cases to his/her direct manager and/or to the Human Resources Department; šMaintains a high degree of confidentiality for information that becomes known to him in the direct performance of his duties; šPerforms other legal duties delegated by the line manager and assists him in his daily work; šDevelops and offers innovative solutions for optimizing processes in the company; šFulfils its obligations by applying all provisions under Bulgarian law.
Job Requirements:
šBachelor's degree or higher; šExperience in HR minimum 1 year; šSound knowledge of the Bulgarian labor law, experience with HR systems; šAct with integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion and ability for respect the personal dignity, space and belongings of each employee; šEnglish language ā B2; excellent computer literacy; šGood Excel knowledge.
