Job Summary
Lucky Hunter is looking for an EVM Client Developer to join a team developing TOOL (Trustless Orderflow Operations Layer), a TEE-based solution that aims to revolutionize Ethereum's transaction supply chain to achieve:
📍1-second execution for all transactions; 📍End-to-end transaction privacy; 📍Credible neutrality with permissionless, decentralized collaborative MEV searching, intent solving and block building.
Position Overview:
📍We are seeking an exceptional developer experienced in EVM blockchain clients to join the core development team and become one of TOOL’s main contributors. This role requires deep technical expertise in Ethereum protocols, TEE integration, and high-performance consensus systems. 📍The ideal candidate will demonstrate high agency in tackling complex protocol-level problems, meticulous attention to detail when writing a critical code, and the ability to work independently on cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure that will impact the entire Ethereum ecosystem.

📍TOOL Core Development; 📍Ethereum Integration; 📍Privacy & Security Implementation; 📍Performance Optimization; 📍Research & Protocol Development.
Requirements:
📍8+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in blockchain/distributed systems; 📍Expert-level knowledge of Ethereum protocol, EVM internals, and execution clients (Geth, Reth, Erigon); 📍Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++; 📍Deep understanding of MEV, PBS (Proposer-Builder Separation), and mev-boost infrastructure; 📍Experience with consensus mechanisms (proof-of-stake, PBFT, or similar); 📍 Experience in contributing to major Ethereum clients; 📍Experience with validator operations and staking infrastructure; 📍Understanding of EIP process and protocol upgrade mechanisms; 📍Familiarity with DeFi protocols and transaction ordering; 📍Proven ability to work with external protocol teams and researchers.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
📍Computer Science degree or equivalent experience; 📍Experience with performance optimization and network programming; 📍Knowledge of formal verification techniques; 📍Active participation in Ethereum research community; 📍Knowledge of TEE technologies (Intel TDX, AMD SNP SEV); 📍Knowledge of rollup architecture and cross-chain communication.
