Responsibilities

📍Assist the Global Head of HRC/EDD in managing the Global High-Risk Client program and specifically the ongoing maintenance of EDD Policies & Procedures both Retail & Corporate High Risk Clients. 📍Provide strategic support and insights on high-risk customer monitoring and other critical HRC/EDD initiatives. 📍Take ownership of the Global High-Risk Client Governance Forums to ensure there is connectivity and ongoing collaboration & information sharing between the First Line of Defence (FLOD) and Second Line of Defence (SLOD) teams. 📍Implement and oversee the high-risk customer monitoring program for Global markets inclusive of oversight of enhancement & remediation efforts. 📍Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance products and systems related to HRC/EDD.

Requirements

📍8+ years of EDD experience. ACAMS, ACFCS or other industry leading certification. 📍4+ years of experience managing the periodic reviews including the monitoring of high risk customers. 📍Knowledge and experience with global CDD/EDD requirements. 📍Knowledge and experience with implementing customer risk scoring frameworks. 📍Deep understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
