Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
đź“ŤDirectly manage one of our defi trading books during Asian hours, including all operational and trading-related issues as they occur in real-time đź“ŤConduct in-depth analysis of DeFi protocols to identify potential trading opportunities and risks. đź“ŤExplore opportunities to work with projects that align with our strategic goals. đź“ŤWork closely with the rest of our global trading and middle office teams to ensure trades are booked correctly, and reconciled between front and back office systems đź“ŤAssist in the improvement of existing trading strategies, as well as research/development of new strategies đź“ŤProvide advisory support to the team on emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi space. đź“ŤPerform on-chain analysis to see behaviours of other participants. đź“ŤDevelop models and tools to automate daily tasks
Position Requirements:
📍We are seeking traders with strong quantitative backgrounds who think in terms of probabilities and expected value 📍You’ll have experience in the design, development, testing and coding of trading strategies 📍Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. 📍Experience coding with Python (or other relevant languages) 📍Bachelor's Degree or above in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, 📍Quantitative Sciences and Engineering or related disciplines
