Job Summary
Responsibilities
šArchitect and implement automation workflows to reduce manual load and improve response times. šBuild, deploy, and optimize AI-powered chatbots, virtual agents, and agent-assist tools. šIntegrate APIs across support platforms (Telegram, X, GitHub, etc.) and back-end systems. šOrganize and index knowledge assets to power AI tools and self-service capabilities. šEnsure system scalability, security, and maintainability for global, high-volume use.
Qualifications
šExcellent English communication skills šLanguages: Java, JavaScript (Node.js); TypeScript, Python (optional). šFrameworks: Express.js, Spring Boot, FastAPI šAI/ML: Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases, prompt engineering šAutomation & Integration: Zapier, Retool, custom API orchestration, webhooks šInfrastructure: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB), Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform (bonus) šDatabases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB šMonitoring & Observability: Grafana, Datadog, Sentry šSupport Stack: Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred)
