Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Develop and own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints (email, push, in-app, web). šŸ“Map trader journeys (from first deposit to high-frequency trading) and design behavior-based automation flows. šŸ“Create segmented communication frameworks based on trading volume, product usage, risk appetite, portfolio holdings, and regional preferences. šŸ“Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to activate new users, retain active traders, and reactivate churned cohorts. šŸ“Execute continuous A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, incentives, and triggers. šŸ“Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align CRM efforts with product launches, trading feature rollouts, and key market events. šŸ“Monitor core lifecycle KPIs: activation rate, retention curves (D1/D7/D30), reactivation rate, open/click-through/conversion rates, LTV, ARPU per segment. šŸ“Translate data insights into actionable campaign improvements and report findings to leadership with clarity and precision. šŸ“Ensure CRM performance dashboards are maintained and reliable. šŸ“Maintain clean user segments and list hygiene, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and relevant crypto marketing regulations. šŸ“Stay ahead of CRM trends, trading user behavior patterns, and competitive lifecycle strategies in the fintech/crypto space.

Requirements

šŸ“3+ years in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or growth automation. šŸ“Proven experience running CRM campaigns in fintech, trading, or crypto platforms. šŸ“Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar). šŸ“Experience with mobile CRM (push, in-app messaging, dynamic triggers). šŸ“Strong analytical mindset - able to read funnel data, run cohort analysis, and interpret retention metrics (SQL or basic data querying is a plus). šŸ“Fluent in English with exceptional clarity in written communication.
