Your Responsibilities

📍Operational Excellence: Define, Establish, and Manage daily operations efficiently, implement scalable growth processes, and coordinate cross-team goals. Identify and onboard key operational third-party relationships, incl. banking, custody, accounting, and legal. Establish the ability to recruit and employ a growing team, define entity requirements, etc. 📍Strategic Planning: Work with the CEO on strategic vision, identify growth opportunities and new markets with the team, and adapt strategies based on industry trends and feedback. 📍Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial planning, optimize resource allocation and fundraising operations, manage daily company operations for efficiency and effectiveness, and coordinate cross-departmental budget management to meet company goals. Assist in project fundraising as required. 📍Regulatory: Navigate regulatory and compliance challenges in the blockchain industry.

Desired Skills and Experience

📍Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the blockchain, finance, trading or tech industry. 📍Excellent leadership and team management skills. 📍Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and blockchain technology, preferably SVM. 📍Experience working with decentralized stakeholders in Open Source Software environments and/or blockchain-decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) 📍Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
