We are at the forefront of industry advancements, delivering cutting-edge solutions in civil engineering and architecture. And we are currently looking for the experienced BIM Architect, which responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 📍Model Development: 📍Create and manage BIM models of architectural designs using Autodesk Revit. 📍Ensure that BIM models accurately represent architectural elements, including building geometry, materials, and components. 📍Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, structure) to integrate their models into the architectural design.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Minimum 3 years of strong experience in the UAE or within the Gulf region 📍Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. 📍Strong understanding of architectural and structural principles and construction processes. 📍Thorough Understanding of Dubai Codes & Model Submission. 📍Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 📍Experience in coordinating BIM workflows on complex projects is preferred.
