Job Summary

What you’ll do

📍B2B Marketing strategy: conceptualise our B2B marketing strategy based on where our BTS solution currently stands with the clear goal of substantially enlarging our footprint in Europe. The clear focus of our B2B marketing efforts should be on lead generation while at the same time growing awareness for Bitpanda Technology Solutions. 📍Content Marketing: together with the Communications team, create and manage engaging, high-quality content for various digital channels. Maintain a content calendar and collaborate with several internal teams to ensure the content aligns with key messaging and market and industry interests and trends. 📍Digital Marketing Channels: develop and build effective B2B marketing campaigns for our digital channels like Linkedin, Website, Blog, Email, etc. 📍Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital growth. 📍Analytics and Reporting: monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns and strategies. 📍Collaboration and Communication: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and partnerships, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing activities.

Who you are

📍Proven experience in B2B marketing including leading & owning of B2B marketing efforts. 📍Hands-on mentality while having a strategic mindset that allows you to be on top of business prioritisation and needs (ability to build the rocket while flying it). Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedinAds, GoogleAds, etc). 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
