In this role you will be:

📍Overseeing the operations and management of all regional offices, ensuring each location consistently meets OpenAI’s operational standards and reflects our cultural values. 📍Partnering with global REW leadership to support or lead initiatives that strengthen company-wide workplace operations, including support on leasing transactions and practices as well as design & construction practices in different municipalities within APAC. 📍Guiding, advising, and growing local office managers on developing and delivering programs and services that improve employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. 📍Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region, serving as the primary liaison between local offices, their business site leads, and the REW management team. 📍Managing regional budgets, vendor agreements, and resource allocation to balance office needs with cost efficiency and financial accountability.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

📍A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with demonstrated success overseeing multiple offices or regional operations, ideally within APAC and in a technology-driven environment. 📍A proven track record of leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams, with the ability to mentor and develop office managers across different cultural contexts. 📍Strong strategic planning skills, with experience designing and executing operational plans that drive efficiency, employee satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
