Job Summary
What Will I Be Doing?
šCollaborating closely with both business and engineering teams to identify, define, and prioritize AI and machine learning projects. šLeading the quick and effective development of proofs of concept for various AI initiatives. šDesigning, building, and deploying AI solutions using a stack that features Python, machine learning libraries, AI third-party services, and AWS services. šServing as a mentor and technical leader within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. šYou'll be responsible for communicating and planning between other teams. šYou'll be responsible for hiring for your team. šYou'll be expected to drive technical direction in projects and ensure they meet scalability and robustness requirements, involving other stakeholders when needed.
What Skills Do I Need?
šA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. šStrong proficiency in Python and a deep familiarity with standard machine learning libraries. šExperience in applied machine learning projects. šPractical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). šExtensive hands-on experience with AWS, it is a plus to have experience in GCP. šPractical knowledge in building and deploying microservices.
