šDrive new initiatives related to bot interaction design and functionality. šDevelop and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and product interaction. šDrive strategic initiatives and provide leadership to the team, ensuring accountability and high performance. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. šUtilize AI knowledge to contribute to the development and improvement of BOT functionalities. šCan write and maintain code in Python and SQL to support project requirements.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA is a plus. šProven experience in a product management role. šStrong user-centric mindset with a keen sensitivity to product interaction and user experience. šDemonstrated ability to innovate and implement practical solutions. šStrategic thinking and leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility. šProficiency in AI technologies and experience with Python and SQL. šExcellent communication and collaboration skills. šFluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
