Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person. 📍Assist with troubleshooting hardware, manage desk setups, and application issues. 📍Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed. 📍Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base. 📍Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking. 📍Provide friendly and professional support to end-users.
Requirements:
📍A keen interest in technology and IT systems. 📍Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software. 📍Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset. 📍Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
