The purpose of the Regional Project Manager (Europe) role is to contribute towards a smooth working environment with a focus on optimal growth and performance of each team within the respective region. This position requires the identification of operational risks and opportunities. A typical day may involve checking in with team members, monitoring work progress, coordinating with other managers, and reporting to senior management.
What you’ll do:
- Managing the project’s schedule, including setting deadlines for deliverables and monitoring progress
- Supervise project timelines, milestones and budget conformance.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that each project is progressing according to plan.
- Working with the management to define the scope of work, establish milestones, and create a timeline for completion.
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues.
- Study, standardize and record processes to enhance subordinates’ efficiency.
- Identify work procedures to prepare schedules and expedite workflow.
- Assign duties and determine work exactness, neatness and policy conformation.
It’s a perfect match if you have:
- Strong knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry and market trends within the European region.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in French, German or Turkish is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and process-driven approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills are preferred, including high competency with Google Analytics and related software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment.
