We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist who will recruit, support and develop talent throughout our global remote company.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other Recruitment Specialist position.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Fluent English (Other language skills are a plus).
