What you’ll do:
- Craft thoughtful, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces and experiences within a collaborative team environment.
- Dive deep into user research – surveys, focus groups – you name it.
- Transform research gems into design wonders that truly enhance user experience.
- Blend market analysis, user feedback, and site metrics for user-centered designs.
- Sketch wireframes, craft visual mockups, and maintain spick-and-span UI specs.
- Be the design advocate, making your vision understood by all.
It’s a perfect match if you have:
- Visual design expertise showcased in mock-ups and style guides.
- Experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in driving design requirements independently and articulating design decisions effectively.
- A portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft in visual and interaction design.
- Experience with UI Kit maintenance.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira, and Survey Tools (such as Survicate).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (financial or multi-page highly loaded projects would be a super-match!)
