- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
- Strategizing alongside with Marketing Team for new opportunities & Business activities in the region.
- Consistent attainment of company sales growth goals overall.
- Provide and implement growth strategy with the leadership team to eliminate gaps.
- Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Present our products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Reviewing existing Key clients for additional revenue.
- Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
- Demonstrated initiative in acquiring new product knowledge, keeping current with product changes and new product development activities.
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Over 2 years experience in Crypto/ Legacy Finance Account Management.
- Solid experience in handling high net wealth clients.
- Demonstrable ability to comfortably communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Cryptocurrency/ Blockchain connoisseur.
- Experience with crypto markets trading systems and knowledge of current trends facing traders/trading desks directly.
- Well informed about the debate on the regulation of cryptocurrencies worldwide.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Must be innovative, and action-oriented.
- Has a strong desire to make changes in the world through virtual currency and blockchain.
