BeInCrypto is hiring an editor.
Crypto news website BeInCrypto is growing fast, and we are now looking to add several editors internationally. We are looking for experienced editors.
BeInCrypto is a news website founded in August 2018 that specializes in cryptographic technology, privacy, fintech, and the Internet — among other related topics.
We are based in Hong Kong and the UK but operate from many locations globally, with our editorial HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. We’re available in 10 languages with local staff worldwide, including regional editorial offices in France, Spain, Brazil, Vietnam, and Turkey. Our purpose is to educate and publish relevant news about crypto and blockchain.
Our goal is to inject transparency into an industry rife with disingenuous reporting, unlabeled sponsored articles, and paid news masquerading as honest journalism.
Our news feed is reaching a wider audience every day, and now we need to beef up.
Editing Help Wanted.
We are looking to add at least one experienced editor to help shape our news flow, sharpen titles and steer reporting directions.
Are you an experienced news editor with a good nose for news and an excellent eye for titles – and rounded knowledge of all things crypto?
If so, you should apply to work at BeInCrypto. You need to bring experience from years of trial and error and be well read-up on Bitcoin history.
Send your CV, work samples, and a personal letter to email@example.com. Make sure to include recent examples of your output.
We offer many freedoms such as remote work, a competitive salary, and a great team with a bright outlook. Apart from working hard, we also socialize and have fun together.
Looking forward to welcoming you into the gang!
Do NOT apply if you do NOT have extensive experience in producing NEWS. You need to have a journalism education or equivalent experience. I.e., if you only have written ICO papers, you are a ghostwriter, you are a “content writer”, you have created blogs, you have re-written content online, or you “are interested” and educated in some other area than journalism and news – please do NOT apply. If you want to work as a journalist, get a relevant education first.
