Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager who can join our Marketing Team. Be[ɪɴ]Crypto is a crypto media with a 3-year history. We specialize in cryptographic technology, privacy, fintech, and the Internet — among other related topics. The primary goal of our website is to inject transparency into an industry rife with disingenuous reporting, unlabeled sponsored articles, and paid news masquerading as honest journalism.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience managing Twitter, FB, LinkedIn & Instagram (10K+ accounts).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and willing to learn.
  • Strong creative writing background and skills required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent is a pre.
  • Familiarity with the Cryptocurrency industry, its projects, and its influencers.
  • Ability to lead our community development and growth efforts.
  • Highly customer-focused.
  • Ability to empathize with members on forums, during in-person meetings, on social channels, on community platforms, and more.
  • Understanding on how and when to show empathy.
  • Authentic and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze and measure community management efforts and results.
  • Understanding on who we are as a brand and ability to carry that image and voice — along with the marketing efforts — over to our community management strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Social Media team & channels and maintaining  the voice of the brand in all posts and interactions.
  • Monitoring conversations surrounding our business.
  • Constant communication and engagement with the community.
  •  Host campaigns, giveaways, community contests to continuously engage our members to identify and engage with various crypto influencers, promoters, and partnerships.
  • Lead experiments to grow our fanbase, our engagement rate, and our conversion rate on social media.
  • Ensure the community rules and guidelines are being followed by all community members. 
  • Understand what audience members want and need out of the shared social content.
  • Create a safe space for followers and members to ask questions, get help, feel supported, share ideas, provide feedback, and solve problems.
  •  Work closely together with other departments like editorial, design, and learning.
