B2B Sales Manager

BeInCrypto is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to empower our sales team, achieve goals, and reach for the stars.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. This role has the exciting task of setting up and delivering a world-class B2B marketing strategy to support the growth of new products in BeInCrypto’s ecosystem.

You will work with many stakeholders in the business team, facilitating end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, hands-on, and coordinating other internal marketing resources.

Responsibilities:

Within our sales team, you will highly contribute to our growth by :

  • Forecasting strategic market opportunities and building a business plan and pipeline.
  • Fostering strong, positive relationships with partners (existing and new ones) by aligning their business objectives with BIC’s products and solutions.
  • Developing and owning customized proposals for each prospect, according to their needs and interests to close business deals.
  • Being aware of business trends in order to help develop new services, products, and distribution channels/countries.
  • Working together with senior-level management, marketing, product owners, and operations to improve the general positioning of the product and the go-to-market strategy.
  • Attending industry events and conferences, and providing feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • You work closely with Management to generate stats, data, and testimonials to enhance the value proposition.
  • You can also contribute to other areas of the business: depending on your personal skills and interests, you might be involved in other aspects of the BIC’s daily life.

Requirements:

  • You have 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the marketing industry. Media plan building.
  • You display strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You’re flexible and show the ability to multitask.
  • You’re digital and tech-savvy and have the start-up mindset.
  • You’re result and challenge-driven, always aiming for the extra mile.
  • You’re a “hunter” and always looking at new angles to do business.
  • Autonomous, you are also hands-on with a strong team spirit.
  • Fluent in English and a 2nd language.
