We’re on the hunt for an ambitious, energetic, and enterprising B2B Sales Manager to join our new HR product. If you’ve got a knack for hitting up sales targets and taking charge of the whole sales process from start to finish – plus a few tricks up your sleeve – then this could be the job for you!
What you’ll do:
- Track down potential customers.
- Spot potential leads through different channels and generate leads.
- Make contact and arrange meetings.
- Give presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
It’s a perfect match if you have:
- Two+ years of B2B Sales experience.
- English fluency that’s upper-intermediate or higher.
- Bachelor’s/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Experience in B2B Sales of IT software, management tools, HR services (recruitment and consulting) and educational products.
- Marketing knowledge.
- The drive to close a deal from start to finish independently.
- Money and career motivation.
- Connections with web3 companies

- Our global HR team is growing and you will have the opportunity to offer your B2B Sales services to us as an internal startup.
