Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šEngineer, maintain, and evolve user environments in Windows ensuring high availability, performance, and seamless user experience that scales into the future. šAct as a subject matter expert across key MS server technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and DFS. šDesign, manage, and optimize VMware environments, ensuring resilient virtualization infrastructure that supports scalability and high availability šBuild automated workflows using PowerShell and/or Python and integrate third-party tools via APIs to reduce manual workflows. šSupport and extend mobile device management (MDM) capabilities with platforms such as jamf and Intune. šDesign and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability tools. šCollaborate with colleagues across APAC, Europe, and US to deliver a consistent user and admin experience.
Your Skills and Experience:
š6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in enterprise or high-performance environments. šStrong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to zoom out, assess challenges from multiple angles and propose smart, practical solutions. šDeep expertise in Windows infrastructure šStrong experience managing VMware infrastructure, including deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in enterprise-scale environments.
