Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šMarketing Strategy: vDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our agency and our clients, aligned with business objectives and target audiences. šConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategies. šDefine and refine the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of our agency and our clients' brands to drive market differentiation. šBrand Management: šOversee the development and management of our agency's brand identity, as well as our clients' brand identities, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. šEstablish brand guidelines and standards for our agency and our clients, and ensure their adherence in all marketing collateral, campaigns, and communications. šChampion our agency's brand and our clients' brands, ensuring their relevance and resonance with target audiences. šIntegrated Marketing Campaigns: šDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our agency and on behalf of our clients across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships. šCollaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials, content, and assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. šMonitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. šClient Acquisition and Retention: šCollaborate with the business development team to generate leads, support sales efforts, and drive client acquisition for our agency and our clients. šDevelop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance client retention, loyalty, and satisfaction for both our agency and our clients. šLeverage customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve client experiences. šTeam Leadership: šLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. šSet clear goals and performance expectations, and provide guidance and support to team members to achieve them. šFoster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts and maximize impact.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. šProven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the creative agency or similar industry. šStrong understanding of marketing strategies, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns. šDemonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, brand awareness, and client satisfaction. šExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients. šProficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing tools. In-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. šDeep understanding of web3 technologies is a bonus
Minimum Experience:
š10+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
