Job Summary
What you will do:
📍Design, configure, and deploy voice communication systems, including VoIP, SIP, and PBX technologies. 📍Install, configure, and maintain voice network devices, such as routers, switches, and voice gateways. 📍To monitor and supervise day-to-day support and troubleshooting and operations activities in voice network infrastructure. 📍To develop, maintain and review technical standards, policies and procedures of voice network infrastructure. 📍To work independently on evaluating, testing, installing, configuring and deploying hardware, software, firmware updates of voice network infrastructure devices. 📍To take the primary role in evaluating, developing and implementing new technologies and solutions to meet new business requirements. 📍To provide guidance, instructions and advice to team members to build the knowledge base. 📍To prepare accurate voice network documentation and reporting.
What you will need:
📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 📍Proven experience as a Voice Network Engineer or similar role. 📍In-depth knowledge of voice network protocols and technologies, such as VoIP, SIP, PBX, and voice gateways. 📍Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. 📍Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools. 📍Familiarity with network security principles and best practices. 📍Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 📍Relevant certifications, such as CCNP Voice or CCIE Voice, are a plus. 📍Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 📍Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
