Job Summary
You will:
📍Craft and evolve Shakepay’s visual identity, ensuring it resonates across all customer touchpoints and stands out in the financial landscape. 📍Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to produce compelling designs for digital and physical mediums that tell the Shakepay story. 📍Utilize data and customer insights to inform and validate your design choices, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and engage our target audience. 📍Lead the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all external communications and platforms. 📍Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty through innovative design strategies and execution.
Must have:
đź“Ť5+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of work across digital and print media. đź“ŤStrong illustration skills, able to create unique and engaging artwork that enhances brand storytelling and visual appeal. đź“ŤStrong understanding of branding principles and storytelling through design. đź“ŤProficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and an understanding of the latest design trends. đź“ŤExceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. đź“ŤA keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
