Responsibilities

📍Utilize expertise in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals to create compelling visual content. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and visualize design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. 📍Execute projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 📍Maintain consistent visual branding and messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's identity and values. 📍Work closely with marketing, content, engineering, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional visual designs. 📍Act as a team player within the design team, providing support, feedback, and creative input to colleagues. 📍Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design capabilities and processes.

Requirements

📍Proven experience in 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design fundamentals. 📍A deep understanding of the web3, crypto space. 📍Ability to conceptualize and execute visual designs in a fast-paced environment. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team. 📍Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, etc. 📍Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects, including 3D motion, modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and graphic design. 📍Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design or related field. 📍Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
