About Dlicom Dlicom is an AI-powered SocialFi platform that combines encrypted communication, a self-custody multi-chain wallet, decentralized social experiences, and native monetization — powered by the $DLI token on Base (EVM). As we scale the product, we are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who will take full ownership of the design system and user experience across all platforms. Role Overview This is a core product role. You will be responsible for the entire UI/UX layer of Dlicom — across mobile app, web app, and all web surfaces. We are not looking for a task-based designer. We are looking for a design owner who can think in systems, understand product mechanics, and build interfaces that drive user behavior, retention, and growth. Main Focus The main focus of this role is to: design and own the full UI/UX of the Dlicom ecosystem create scalable design systems across mobile and web improve user onboarding, engagement, and retention translate complex Web3 and fintech mechanics into simple user flows ensure consistency across product, web, and marketing surfaces Responsibilities Own the end-to-end UI/UX for: mobile application web app all web/landing pages Design and evolve a unified design system across all platforms Build user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI Translate product requirements into intuitive UX решений Simplify complex Web3 and fintech interactions for end users Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams Improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows Optimize UX based on user behavior, analytics, and feedback Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints Contribute to product thinking, not just execution Maintain high design quality, speed, and scalability Requirements 4–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio with proven experience in: Web3 products fintech or trading-related products Deep understanding of: crypto user flows (wallets, transactions, on-chain interactions) fintech UX patterns (balances, transfers, dashboards, flows) Experience designing both: mobile apps web apps Strong system thinking (design systems, scalability, consistency) Ability to simplify complex products into intuitive UX Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Strong communication and product thinking skills Ability to work closely with developers and ship fast Important We will only consider candidates who: have real Web3 + fintech experience can show relevant case studies in their portfolio understand how crypto and financial products actually work Location Requirement Willing to relocate to Dubai Ability to work from office with the team What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can: turn complex mechanics into simple interfaces build systems, not just screens design with growth, retention, and behavior in mind take full ownership of the product design layer How to Apply Fill out the form and please include: portfolio with Web3 and fintech cases examples of products you designed end-to-end your role in each project links to live products (if available)
