Job Summary
What you'll do
šAs our Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and growth of ICN's digital asset treasury. Your core responsibilities include: šYield Generation & Asset Growth: šExecute yield generation strategies, including staking, lending, and participation in liquidity pools across various DeFi protocols. šMonitor market trends to identify opportunities for capital growth while adhering to defined risk parameters. šSupport the team's understanding of market dynamics and liquidity for our native token ecosystem. šAsset Allocation & Management: šAssist in the implementation of comprehensive asset allocation strategies for our diverse treasury, which includes native tokens, stablecoins, major cryptocurrencies (e.g., ETH, BTC), and DeFi positions. šHelp ensure robust liquidity management across all asset classes, balancing operational needs with strategic goals. šAssist with multi-sig wallet operations and secure on-chain transactions, following best practices for digital asset custody and security. šRisk Management & Mitigation: šIdentify and report on financial risks specific to digital assets, including market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and counterparty risks. šSupport the implementation of strategies to protect treasury value against adverse market movements. šBridging Traditional & Decentralized Finance: šWork to translate complex Web3 financial concepts into clear insights for traditional finance stakeholders and vice versa. šHelp integrate traditional financial reporting with on-chain data for comprehensive treasury oversight.
What we're looking for
š4 years+ of experience in crypto asset trading, corporate treasury, asset management, investment banking, or a related financial field. šProven understanding of DeFi protocols, staking, lending, and digital asset custody solutions. šHands-on experience with financial modeling and data analysis. šDemonstrated ability to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and smart contract risks within the crypto ecosystem. šMeticulous attention to detail in managing on-chain transactions and ensuring strong internal controls. šAn understanding of the evolving legal and regulatory landscape impacting digital asset management. šThe ability to communicate clearly and articulate financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
