Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤManage customer and partner payment process including validation of payment data, management of destination wallet addresses, and remittance from custodial platforms đź“ŤWork with Customer Success to assist with payment enquiries đź“ŤSupport month-end closing and reporting activities đź“ŤWork closely with the accounting team in monitoring wallets and balances across self custody and custodial platforms đź“ŤCarry out analysis of token movements and rewards earned đź“ŤResearch new networks and create documentation needed to account for revenue from these networks đź“ŤIdentify and lead process improvement initiatives
