Key Responsibilities:

📍Size opportunities and risks for digital‑asset use cases (cost, speed, risk, working‑capital impacts). 📍Track pilot KPIs and operational metrics; maintain clear, decision‑ready summaries for leadership. 📍Conduct market scans across protocols, wallets, custodians, payment schemes, and regulatory trends. 📍Create executive presentations and strategy memos for Treasury, Product, and Finance leadership. 📍Draft internal white papers, FAQs, and playbooks that translate technical concepts into practical actions. 📍Coordinate end‑to‑end pilot execution: requirements, success metrics, timelines, vendor diligence, contract facilitation etc. 📍Maintain operational runbooks, process maps, and control documentation, support reconciliation and exception management. 📍Partner with Settlement Ops, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product to ensure Treasury needs are designed in from day one. 📍Contribute to vendor evaluations (custody, wallets, blockchain analytics, on/off‑ramps) and support scorecards. 📍This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 📍2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

📍3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) 📍2–6 years in treasury, payments, fintech, consulting/strategy, or operations with demonstrated execution in cross functional projects.
