Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDeliver training programs for new hires and existing team members (Training & Nesting). šDesign and conduct refresher training sessions based on project challenges, quality insights, top errors, and product updates. šProvide floor support, answer associate queries, and ensure policy clarity and accuracy. šGenerate and publish daily training and nesting performance reports. šConduct ongoing knowledge checks and timely training sessions based on recurring issues or updates. šCollaborate with quality and operations teams to align on performance expectations and training priorities.
