Job Descriptions

📍 Responsible for the functional design of C-side products of futures exchanges, including futures market data, order process, positions and orders, etc.; 📍Analyze user needs, propose product optimization and innovation needs based on user feedback and data analysis, and improve user transaction satisfaction; 📍Understand user trading psychology and design retention and conversion strategies for different users; 📍Cooperate with the design team to improve the usability of the product and be responsible for the transaction user experience; 📍Collaborate with R&D, operations, and customer service teams to promote product launch and follow up on launch results

Job Requirements

📍Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet products, familiar with financial/digital currency derivatives trading such as stocks, options, futures, contracts, and investment experience is preferred; 📍Those with working experience in securities and foreign exchange related exchange client products are preferred; 📍Familiar with the R&D process of Internet products, deeply involved in the whole process of product design, R&D, launch and improvement; 📍Passionate and deep interest in digital currency and blockchain industry
