You aren't just an admin; you are the bridge between raw code and a market-ready protocol. Your Orbit: Cohort Management: Leading 10-12 week sprints. You are the primary point of contact for founders, ensuring they hit their build milestones. Ecosystem Ops: Coordinating with mentors (Founders of Top L1s/L2s) and scheduling 1:1s that actually provide value. Hackathon Lead: Running multi-week global build sprints. You’ll manage judging panels, prize distribution, and dev-support. Founder Toolbox: Managing our stack of legal, audit, and infrastructure credits (AWS/Alchemy/QuickNode) for the portfolio.
