📍Build, develop, and maintain operational data and telemetry surrounding site performance and operations. 📍Create and maintain detailed methods for tracking and reporting asset inventory, logistics, and finance controls related to mining operations. 📍Perform predictive modeling and drive strategic business decisions. 📍Collaborate with other department leaders to align technical operations with business objectives and clearly communicate operational details across the company. 📍Partner closely with Growth and Strategy teams to understand core business analytics and identify opportunities to optimize operations. 📍Interpret insights from existing dashboards and reports, augment with analysis from separate data sources and research. 📍Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry. 📍Own the data and take steps to ensure data is as complete and accurate as possible.

📍Strong technical aptitude in data modeling, statistics, and data science principles 📍Proficiency with analytics tools such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau 📍Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Pointe) 📍Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 📍Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actional insights 📍BTC/Crypto mining experience (preferred) 📍Computer science background (preferred) 📍BI tools such as Domo, Tableau (plus) 📍Electrician or electrical engineer background (plus) 📍Travel up to 50%
